Lost log-in details
To log in you must use the email address you used when you joined and your password. If you cannot remember your password, click here.
Change log-in details
To change your log-in details simply log-in and click on ‘Edit Profile’ on the My Account page. Then go to My Login Details and you’ll be able to change your password.
My mobile (sms) top-up credits are not being added
When you add credit via mobile (sms) you will receive a confirmation text message. If you do not receive this text message you will not have been charged.
If you did not receive your confirmation text message this may be because:
1. You are a pay-as-you-go
mobile user and you have insufficient credits on your mobile account.
2. Your service provider is currently blocking 'adult' service. To unblock adult services simply contact your provider or log into your mobile account and unblock adult services yourself.

Spammers & Scammers
We work hard to make sure scammers are deleted from the database immediately. If anyone asks for money, your email or phone number especially after 1 or 2 messages it is likely a scam. This is very common on dating websites where someone asks for money, gets the money from another user, and then disappears. Don’t be fooled by such scams, and if in doubt just email our support team so you can be sure of the legitimacy of a person before you send any money or meet etc we advise that you do not send any money to people through our system as we cannot be held responsible for any money lost.
If you think a member seems suspicious please contact us immediately and we will investigate and if necessary, remove that member.
